Considering the "joke" was copy and paste of my message. I would understand if it was funny but it wasn't and made me suspect a bot of some sort. (Additional the thing I said was a year ago)
So I just tried to find out if it was just a ploy to roll me or may be compromised account.

There is no need to put threats, that is just unnecessary.
Steam has added spellchecks but I just use WORD for the purpose of compromising text for my needs.
