Hmm where to start... Overall the game is more playable than recent years, there are still kinks that EA needs to address. Defensive coverage mechanics being the first that comes to mind. Receivers can often get bumped by covering defenders, which is fine, however the game does not have an animation for this sometimes. This leads to the ball being sent to where the receiver SHOULD be, based on their route, but does not account for the models colliding. This almost always leads to an interception, or just missed pass (labeled perfect accuracy). It is extremely frustrating in close games where every down counts, too many games have been lost due to this bug.

Also, there are still plays and schemes that allow defenders to breach the line of scrimmage unimpeded by blockers. This obviously makes sense when the defense sends 5-7 on a blitz, but there is some scheme to have a free rusher when only sending 4... Breaks the game honestly, and it's usually brought out by cheesers at the end of a close game because it's a wincon.
