There are enough features, upgrades and systems in this game that it should be complicated. Yet Darkest Dungeoun is still one of the more simple games in it's domain that I have played. The dungeons can be a little unrewarding at times, the gameplay a little too grindy, but apart from those two complaints there is really nothing more to put against this game. Wonderful art, a solid and unobtusivly told narrative, rewarding combat and systems, and some really interesting ideas make up the core of this game, and to anyone remotely interested in it I would advise picking it up.
