Sometimes I have a nightmare where I’m at 100% Electronicon for the first time and at first it seems like a good dream but then at the tape swap I notice somethings weird everyone’s the person from the cover of that god forsaken Liberated From The World and every tape is Liberated From The World. At this point I’m slightly panicked but it’s ok because I know the actual sets will be amazing and I’ve always wanted to see them. So I go to Luxury Elite’s set first. I’ve been so hyped about this for so so long. Guess what I hear as I walk in? Urap urap urap urap urap urap urap! Aaaaaahhhh I yell! The whole audience turns to look at me and their faces are all the same it’s the person from the cover art of that god awful album. I scream again and Luxury Elite lifts up her mask only to reveal she is like the rest of them. I’m petrified now so I run away to the next set over only to realize it’s the same so I run from set to set until I’ve been to them all. All the same all just urap urap urap urap urap! Finally at the end of the hall I see George Clinton I’m relived a normal person who doesn’t have the face from Liberated From The World. He asks in a calm voice if everything is ok. I say thank god a normal human being and then I hear it in the back of my head urap urap urap urap! George Clanton peels off his face with his own two hands only to reveal he is just like the rest of them. He says in a menacing distorted voice filled with reverb “do you not like the best album in the entire world? Everyone is listening to it.” I yell nooo get away from me and he holds me down as I struggle at this point he just repeats the words “urap urap urap” then he consumes me alive. Blood is everywhere and I wake up from fear. I have this nightmare again and again.
