@Ingeniator Abderamus - I was shocked to learn anyone on the Ancestors board was banned. I only banned like 2 maybe 3 people on Hatred boards, but there's some nasty stuff sometimes there.

I wasn't the one who banned you, but I've went over the bans with my boss. We've decided that your ban should never happen. Thank you for coming with this to me. I apologize for this incident and I hope that you won't end your journey with our games due to this.

If anything else comes up in the future, do not hesitate to contact me in this way, I always read comments on profile, even if after some delay (holiday season this time).

Hello. I've been wrongfully banned from the Ancestors Legacy community for my comment on the 'Historical Perspective' update. I wasn't even given a reason. Even a Steam support staff admitted that I didn't break any global rule.

If necessary I can send you screenshots detailing all of the above.

Yeah, you really shouldn't expect any kind of support if you didn't buy the game. If you bought it on GOG, then I'm sorry but there is no way known to me to link those two storefronts in a way that would allow you access to Steam Tools.

The tools are available, but it's not a game, so do not search for it in the Games section. How to get Hatred in a locked country
For years, we've been selling Hatred keys on our page and those keys worked everywhere. Unfortunately we no longer do that, so currently the best way to get them is through IndieGala. They're legit, directly from us, work in every country.

Make sure to describe the issue in detail as well - when exactly does it turn to black screen? At the *.exe launch? You see the menu and choose a mission? Do you see any startup movies? Etc.

hello. i just installed Ancestors and i cannot get it to launch i tried all of the fixes. it starts and then goes to a black screen before what i can only assume will be a cutscene... may i send you my DxDiag text file?

Hi. I bought the Ancestors Legacy a while ago when it came out, cause it's one of few games where you can play with slavs. I think it's a greate game, very intense and good campaign. I made some friends buy it aswell and we are really enyoing playing multiplayer together since it's very challenging. But, there is a problem! There are very few maps in the game at the moment, especially for 6 players and it's kind of boring to play on the same maps time after time. So the question is, are you planing to release more maps in the near future? The game has big potential, but it seems to lack the support. Keep up the good work. Hope to see more updates in the future. Also would be nice with more heroes and ad more fractions, Rus and France for example.

You have to finish the game on Extreme or Insane to unlock cheats.
