Early Access Review
DayZ will forever be one of my favorite games of all time. And as tiring as it can be when I get killed, I know that loss and re-progression is a enourmous part of this game. I don't immediately turn to use Steam's Review System to write a complaint on how DayZ is a broken game. Nor do I pretend that 300 hours remotely warrents "religious" playtime or a sufficient attachment.

Now, let me provide all of the objectifiers of 0.63 a quick anology. Let's say you tasked yourself with creating a sportscar. This sportscar isn't perfect, there's flaws but the build progress is moving along. Overtime you realise that this sportscar is destined to fail on the road and you couldn't possibly enjoy progressing this model anymore. So you stop the progress on this sportscar, scrap the ideas and aspects that you can move over and you begin building a new frame. One that will be undoubtedly the correct choice, one with longevity and ease of mind.

So to anyone looking to purchase this game, please understand that I have purchased this game 3 times, and never will I regret it. I can assure you, that if you are looking for a hardcore survival game; DayZ is the answer. Don't let emotions run high after a enourmous loss and don't overestimate the development of a video game. Personally, I believe that the stage in which DayZ is at right now is wonderful, progress and fixes are being worked on daily and personally I am having a lot of fun and enjoyment in these recent updates.

However, please keep in mind that DayZ is still in great development before you purchase this game. Make your choice, but don't be mad at DayZ for making it.
