Late on more than 5 but fewer than 8 occasions in 6 months. A good negotiator, who usually chooses the right time to proceed or withdraw in a negotiation after reading the situation correctly. But not yet infallible and may need more experience. Considers problems as a challenge and enjoys finding creative yet appropriate solutions. Davi is able to work out their own solutions, but also works well with a group to solve problems. When a topic is unfamiliar or new concepts are put forward, Davi engages in the conversation, but contributions show a lack of understanding at first. Needs to make more effort to listen, learn and adjust.
