He never heard of gwynt or how to play it. The same goes for skill tree, mutagens, and runes. Signs are alien to him so he almost never uses them or uses a single one of them. Dies a lot, and plays on the easiest difficulty.

Knows every recipe by muscle memory, the same goes for the bestiary, so he is always ready. Beats every boss fight in the most elegant manner, most of the HUD is turned off for him, he plays the game on the hardest difficulty, and dying is very rare even at this difficulty level. He is rich with coins, has all the witcher gear, and he never fast travels.
