6:30 a.m. - Protein shake (Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard® 100% Whey Protein)

7:00 a.m. - 550 lb squats 5x15, plank with 50 lb weight (1 hour)

8:30 a.m. - 250 lb isolated compound bicep curl presses 5x15

10:00 a.m. - 15 mile sprint (1:20 PR)

12:00 p.m. - Kale salad (3 g), 15 egg whites (raw), protein shake

1:00 p.m. - Work time

1:20 p.m. - Extended vector arm hangs 12x (until unconscious)

3:00 p.m. - 5 hour ab workout

3:30 p.m. - 330 lb chest presses 10x5

5:00 p.m. - Gaming time

5:10 p.m. - 100 air squats per minute

6:00 p.m. - 15 lb ribs, 3 watermelons, protein shake

6:30 p.m. - Family time

8:00 p.m. - 5 mile swim (0:30 minute PR)

8:15 p.m. - Incline dumbell flye 15x30

8:30 p.m. - Arm circles (2 hours)

11:00 p.m. - Reading time (yes I read nonfiction books)

3:00 a.m. - 22 mile bike ride

4:00 a.m. - Protein shake

4:20 a.m. - Yoga routine with gf

5:00 a.m. - Therapy

5:02 a.m. - Tricep dips 10x30

5:10 a.m. - Ankle rolls

5:50 a.m. - Protein shake
