Right now, Sunset Rangers is still early in its development. All of the features are there, but there are plenty of bugs and glitches that plague the game. Still, it is playable and it is enjoyable.

The developer, Aymar Fisherman, is very active and always seeks feedback from the community. This makes for quick and on-point updates that are sometimes just a few days apart from each other.

What I would like to see improved next is the economic balance, though. It is quite easy to gather huge sums of money by selling just some of your crafting ingredients to an NPC auctioneer, which allows you to buy just about anything you might need.

Another addition that would be appreciated by the community would be more diversity in player models. For example, there are no female models that players can choose at all. The only female I have encountered in the game is the NPC auctioneer.

But, let us get to the point here. Is Sunset Rangers worth your money as it is right now? Definitely. It employs a proven base concept and a setting that most developers shy away from. The end result is an Early Access game with great potential that I would love to see grow further.

In its current state, Dungeons of Betrayal can be described as mediocre and uninspiring at best. There is obviously some thought put into the game’s concept, but the execution from that point onwards is lacking.

I wouldn’t go as far as saying that the story is laughable, but I couldn’t find anything good in it either. It relies on overused tropes and dialogues that sound extremely unrealistic and childish. While each element of the graphics is okay on its own, they do not make sense when put together. The gameplay feels dull and monotonous - going through a dungeon, which is the main point of the game, is a chore instead of a challenge. Admittedly, the audio is okay, but with so many flaws, there is no way for the soundtrack and sound effects to save the title.

Currently, Dungeons of Betrayal is not worth the five bucks. Unfortunately, with such a foundation, Darkelite Studio have a lot of work before they can ask such a price for their game. And, judging by the way they have approached the project so far, I am not sure if they have the chops to redeem this mediocre game and make it something I would enjoy playing.

Pros:
+ Acceptable graphics quality;
+ Pleasing soundtrack and SFX quality;
+ No random encounters;

Cons:
- Rushed story and narrative design;
- Inconsistent graphics style;
- Huge balancing issues;

All things considered, I could not find anything wrong with Heat Signature. It is a magnificent little game that will keep you glued to the screen for hours. Once you get the hang of it, each mission will only take you a few minutes, which will leave you craving for more.

If you know that “just one more turn” feeling from the Civilization franchise, remember it. That’s exactly how Heat Signature feels - mission after mission, you will keep wanting more spaceship-trespassing fun.

That being said, if you expect a vast open world with a huge variety of things to do, steer clear. Heat Signature is designed with one activity in mind, and that is breaking and entering. There is nothing else you can do and that’s the main selling point of the game.

Simple, addictive, fast-paced gameplay that will appeal to both casual and hardcore gamers is the formula here. And, man, am I loving it!

Pros:
+ Simple, addictive gameplay;
+ Fresh take on the roguelike genre;
+ Huge replayability;

Cons:
- Uninspiring visuals;
- Some enemies limit your options significantly;
- Not a lot of variety in content - you will have to create your own excitement;

Street Legal Racing: Redline has been around for many, many years. Yet, it's still the same buggy mess as before. There is no real value in this game whatsoever. The concept is great, but the excution is severely lacking. I wouldn't recommend getting it at all.

Not a single player online and bots are as dumb as they come. It could be a fun game, if you have people to play it with.

It's simply genius and genius in its simplicity. You should definitely play The Stanley Parable. At least five times.

I see how it CAN be fun. It's a good idea, done okayish and it can be quite the experience, if you enjoy roleplaying games. BUT... you'd be the luckiest person in the world, if you find people to play with, who'd take the game seriously. That's why I do not recommend it. Good idea, okay game, bad players.

Incredibly fun and addictive. Also... space sim. A real space sim, the way it should have been done years ago.

CS:GO Review
Valve took what they did right with Source, then added it to what they did brilliantly with 1.6 and slapped on some eye-candy. The result? Nearly perfect. Why nearly? Because micro-transactions.
