Absolutely amazing epic experience of a story, full of solid characters, believable human emotions and utter hopelessness of a dying world. Stoic made a masterpiece of beautiful art, immersive music, great story and really tactically rich yet simple combat system. Can't wait for the sequel.
Worth every penny of its price.

A really nice, but rather short game. A lot of bizzare wrapped in some stylish graphics and classy jazz.

Sometimes you want to play a fairy tale, a simple but beautiful story of basic human values, of self-improvement and of what truly matters to everyone. You want to see some adventures of characters, who you can (or want to) relate to. It's an old formula, take some kids and send them for a quest for the sake of the family, on a road where they will face scary monsters and challenges and overcome their fears.

What most prefer to ignore is that fairy tales are pretty gruesome. Someone alwayse dies in those stories, be it an old king or a dragon, and dies in a rather displeasing way. It's not a fairy tale without a pinch of sorrow in it, and not everything is well after the happy end - monsters and kings remain pretty much dead anyways.

With this game I managed to look at Starbreeze studios from a very different point of view. It is a beautiful game with a distinct fairytaleish athmosphere and a bit naive, but touching story.

Now that is just something else!

Fun, witty, and absolutelly out of the main stream of gaming, this... kind of a game delivers amounts of joy incomparable to its duration. If in doubt - play the demo, the demo is worth playing and gives a more or less accurate description of the gameplay.

While a bit rough around the edges, Dragon Commander is a treat. A game that could hold you for hours. Yes, the RTS part is a bit unbalanced and mostly unvaried, but the characters and the dialogs are really, really good.
Larian, once again, delievered a good game that deserves to be played.

Might be the best Western-themed game out there.

Outstanding, fascinating, amazing piece of art. I can't really remember any story that pulled at my heart-strings as much in a few years.
If you have a heart you must play it. Worth every single cent spent.
