Northgard may very well be one of my top 10 games of all time. It is an RTS 4X game, in a similar vane as the Civilization games. I was never a big fan of the turn-based system of Civ, so the real time element of Northgard really drew me in. Some of the little things that sold me were the little exclusive perks that are based upon your clan, and the fact that the scouts will automatically just do their thing. You can assign them to specific tiles if you'd like, but they do go and scout of their own free will. The varied methods of victory are fun, and they even have some victories that are map objective based, which can really freshen up the formula. Most of the clans feel really balanced and fair at the time of writing this review except for the newest one, which feels weak. However, the non-DLC clans each feel viable in their own way.
A lot of online battles seem to resolve in Domination victory(combat victories), which might say something about the balance of units, or perhaps at higher ranks it balances out more. Either way, Northgard is an experience all should have!

Skyrim, despite being released now for 8 years, is a timeless game from Bethesda games studios. While Skyrim is far from a perfect game, with many bugs, and some other various small annoyances. Skyrim is a game all should play. Skyrim is a tentpole entry in the Elder scrolls series, and with the next game not coming out for some time, you would be remiss to pass it by. Skyrim has a great deal of replay value, which is only furthered by it's extensive array of mods available to enrich your gaming experience.
