I was really excited to try No More Room in Hell 2 after spending countless hours on the first one. That game was tough, sure, but fair and incredibly immersive. This one? Not so much.

I held off playing after seeing the launch reviews, and I'm glad I did. I gave it a shot during the free weekend and... yikes. It’s honestly frustrating how unfinished this game feels. The zombie spawn system is absolutely broken — within 5 minutes you’re swarmed to the point of absurdity. I get that the original was known for its difficulty, but this just feels punishing and unbalanced.

Guns and melee weapons are practically useless. Either you’re shooting into a horde that doesn’t react or your melee swings phase through zombies half the time. Combine that with terrible hit registration and laggy movement, and it’s just a mess. It’s hard to believe the devs actually tested this game — it doesn’t take more than one match to realize the core systems are flawed.

And the performance? Atrocious. Even on decent hardware, the game stutters, zombies teleport, and optimization is a joke.

Yes, it’s supposed to be a co-op game — but when you’re matched with randoms who run in guns blazing and die in minutes, the entire experience collapses. Once a few people are dead, it’s basically impossible to complete objectives solo, especially when the zombie waves never stop. Extraction doesn’t feel rewarding, just like a relief that you’re finally done suffering.

There's potential here, but as it stands, No More Room in Hell 2 feels more like a chaotic stress test than a survival horror experience. Hopefully the devs take the feedback seriously, because right now? There's just no fun to be had.

I had high hopes for DEVOUR, but unfortunately, it fell short in several areas. The level design feels quite lacking, leading to repetitive gameplay that doesn't hold up over time. The game heavily relies on RNG, which can make it frustrating—no amount of skill or strategy seems to guarantee a successful escape from Anna.

Additionally, while jump scares can be effective initially, they lose their impact after repeated playthroughs. Instead of building suspense, the experience becomes predictable and less frightening. Overall, I found DEVOUR to be a missed opportunity for a truly engaging horror experience.

It's a comedy of tactical errors waiting to happen. Picture breaching doors to the SWAT theme, but instead of stoic professionals, you've got a squad of hilarious misfits.
