Fantastic remake, pretty faithful to original and the art is simply stunning. A true VN classic every fan needs to experience.

Fantastic and emotional game. Only played one play through so far but keen to try every one possible. The art is utterly gorgeous, the music and sound design evocative and the characters are wonderfully portrayed.
Heartbreaking moments throughout, each decision really feels like it matters and there is no right way of playing.

Flawless. Actually no, only flaw is that it ends. But then you can just play again!

Lovely skins and armours, they really add so much difference and flavour to the game. The art as usual is incredible. Really hoping for more DLC to come from this fantastic series. I'll always support them with their latest release for Wildermyth!

I really loved this game as an adult who grew up with Digimon. It featured enough nostalgia without feeling forced. The story is where the game excels, combat could have been better and more challenging but I liked it as a turn based fan.
The story is *very* dark for a Digimon story, so be prepared for children dying, severe trauma and mature themes throughout. Would advise playing all 3 'normal' routes first, personally I would recommend Wrathful-Harmony-Moral-True route is order.
The game is very good, could have been improved in some places but overall a worthwhile purchase if it's on sale and you're a Digimon fan. Kunemon is best bean.

Cannot fault this game other than being too short. I needed more! Made me laugh and cry. Loved it. More please!

One of the best narrative games I've played in years. A true work of art combining stunning visuals, music, characters and story. I really cannot rate this game highly enough, the chapters are just the right length and the game has a ton of replay options along the way. Really happy I bought this game, it was a fantastic experience and I'd love to see more from this developer in the future.

One of the best Choice of Games I've played in a long time. Really interesting premise, good characters and a wide variety of choices that impact lots of endings. The world is well fleshed out and I would love to play more games in the same setting. I got this on sale but would happily pay the full price for it!

Much improved upon from the first instalment. Not yet perfect and needs tweaks but I'm very impressed so far. GORGEOUS graphics and dinosaur models. Needs more story mode, but I believe it's likely we'll get more when the next film is released. Still needs a few bug fixes, but overall it's an excellent sequel to the first one. I'm thoroughly addicted!

Only had this game a few weeks months it's already my 3rd most played game of all time. And I'm still not done! An utterly fantastic game with endless replay value and a variety of fun mods. There's so much to discover in Wildermyth I can't even start to list all the things I love about the game.
It replicates a tabletop roleplay campaign very well in lots of ways which is great fun, but adds it's own mythos and world to explore. The magic, or interfusion as it's called, is a very unique concept alone that allows your mages to use anything on the battle field as a weapon!
The monsters have a huge variety to them and are all unique, and each star in their own campaign with impressive story telling and a true sense of adventure. I'm a fan of the Thrixl most, bug like dragons that alter reality with dreams.
The nature spirits are VERY cute as well and I love seeing them pop up in my game from time to time to bless my characters. The custom options, especially combined with the large number of mods, make for a very impressive and diverse team of characters and NPCs. All types of people are included in The Yondering Lands, including plenty of PoCs and LGBTQ+ people, with easy custom options on character gen to make your dream character a reality.
I was very happy to see that upon being taken to 0 hit points the characters did not automatically just die, but the choice to become maimed or go out in a blaze of glory. Being disabled myself, it was very nice to see some disabled characters in a game that were still active fighters and defenders of the lands. There's also plenty of older people as well as younger, giving a very broad mix of characters during the game. This mix was refreshing to see and a key point of fun for me!
Right now I honestly can't think of anything in the way of negative elements to the game, there were some bugs but they were patched pretty quickly. The game has been in development for years and the work really shows in the game. It's still being patched regularly and new content is always coming in, via the devs or by mods.

Overall I highly recommend this game. It's become one of favourite games of all time, and can be very easy to tell a story or very hard for those who want a challenge. There's endless fun to be had in this game and I can't wait to see the future projects the devs get into, especially if they involve Wildermyth. I bought this game in the summer sale, but honestly it is well worth the full, reasonable price if you're after a solid game to sink some hours into.
I don't think I could recommend this game enough to do it justice. Just give it a go, immerse yourself in The Yondering Lands and go tell some stories!
