Ingredients:
- 1 cup long grain white rice
- 2 cups of water
- 1/2 teaspoon salt

Rinse rice until water runs clear, drain.
Add rice and water to small pot and bring to boil
Once water is boiling reduce heat to lowest possible and cook for 20 minutes without opening pot
Check after 20 mins, if done, fluff with fork and let sit for another 5 mins.
