One of the best story-driven games I think I will ever play.

I went into this game thinking it'd be all memes and sick music; I left a master of coping, seething and definitely malding. This game will put hair on your chest.

Roche is a bro. The story is a big step up from Witcher 1 in my opinion, especially with how different the two paths you take after Chapter 1 are from each other. Overall, story-wise the game is great, especially towards the later half of the game.

My Recommended comes with a caviat. Make sure to download a Godmode Mod off of Nexus and some other general quality of life mods, as the game is definitely dated. That is, unless you enjoy playing Dark Souls' special little brother as far as combat goes. The maps can be a bit tricky to navigate and their layout isn't exactly intuitive at all, but once you get the hang of them the worst of it is just running back and forth with no fast travel system.
