The questing to soft cap (50) was very tedious and mundane, facing repetitive quest and overall a lacklustre experience, (definitely had some cool John wick moments) cutscenes and the overall aesthetician of the game are absolutely beautiful.
Yes the game has an absolute buttload of endgame systems and power enhancements but devs do a decent job of making sure you don’t fall behind with stacking “afk” buffs for days you miss.
I’ve done a load of farming, walking and boating, and if you want to tell me gathering in any game is fun it’s not unless it’s mine craft, the sea portion of the game is nice having servers ahdh so I can auto pilot and do something on the side,
Overall having a really good experience, the only mmo that hasn’t disappointed me in years, still so much to do but we aren’t on a time schedule so cheers,

I found it ironic when people are posting thumbs down and how the game is a boring grindfest when all those people have over 500hours. I played the hell out of this game from beta until just recently and definitely recommend this game if you wanna enjoy a block style mmo. Trove will keep you busy for hours on hours, and yes grind is a majority of the game just like any other mmo right? if not you can explore, build and play with friends, minigames or pvp.
