this game is really good (obviously) but i had a lot of trouble getting it to work at first, ended up having to load it through the sa2 modloader with some hd gui mod and somehow it fixed it. during the dark story at the 2nd sonic boss battle the floor was literally nonexistent and sonic and shadow would fall endlessly into the void. i ended up copying my save data and reinstalling the game, pasting the save data back in, and then it worked. buggy and annoying but hey, its from over 20 years ago, so what did i expect
