Good and unique tactical gameplay. I didn't say realistic, pick up Insurgency : Sandstorm or Tarkov for that.
Heavy team communication focus. Solo players won't get too far.
It's got its share of bugs and glitches and hackers and smurfs but that's me summing up almost 80% of the multiplayer games out there.

Laptop: i5-6200U, nVidia 940m, gigabyte 256 ssd, 8gb 3200mHz ram,
In-game: All low except shadows, at 85% of 1366*768 resolution, 80% sharpning.
