To be perfectly blunt here, Skiddo is a bad card. This basic grass-type Pokémon has 70 HP and can deal 40 damage with its attack, maybe. The main problem with Skiddo is that its Surprise Attack has a 50/50 chance of doing no damage at all. There are some really powerful grass-type cards in Pokémon TCG Pocket, but Skiddo isn't one of them. There are other basic Pokémon that are more reliable or have a better payoff for the gamble than Skiddo does.
