Kerbal Space Program is a insanely unique game with an overall pretty realistic gravity physics. There are three main game modes ranging from career, science only and sandbox to which appeals to all kind of players. Arguably one of the most hardcore games I've personally played, a little too much fuel on the landing can result in your best kerbals stuck on another planet to reentry at the wrong angle causing you to lose everything.

I am really pleased with the size of the game as all the celestial bodies are really highly detailed especially with the breaking ground DLC which includes more activities on the surface rather than just planting a flag. The graphics on this game are pretty astounding with many high quality graphic overhauls within the strong ongoing modding community.

The feeling of landing on the moon for the first time is really a satisfying and rewarding achievement for any player, to which one will remember. The feeling of getting 70KM to hear the relaxing kerbal music is the sign of relief to the feeling of wasting hours after reentry with no parachutes (it happens to all of us).

Some personal downsides I find with that game are a few bugs such as the lord known as Clang which can ruin some really impressive multi-ship rockets and stations. There is also not that much to do when you actually land; collect a surface sample (unless sandbox mode) and to plant the flag however the breaking ground dlc allows players to interact with some surface models.

The game as a whole is truly breathtaking and a fantastic game. The things that you can do is truly amazing with gravity assists to even landing on distant planets in your own designed ship. The game and DLCs are really cheap on steam as well as other platforms especially during sales however, keep in mind that KSP 2 is under development but im sure after a good few hours of KSP, youll be hyped as ever!

This game probably doesn't sound very appealing to the average gamer upon first glance. You drive within your lanes and speed limits delivering cargo and building up your trucking empire.

There are so many positives and minor details which I love about this game. The graphical detail on all of the truck models are superb and there are DLCs for additional parts for specific flagship trucks which to be honest, isn't too poorly priced (I did however purchase during sale). Whilst driving, you really do feel the weight of your cargo and gives a somewhat realistic feel.

Some particular downsides are the size and detail in the cities themselves. They are on the map and you can visit them but all cities, no matter how large or major they are the same size apparently. I would also really like if SCS Software could better the graphical detail on the pedestrians as times it does break immersion which is pretty important in a simulator game.

The grind is quite a lot, prepare for 30 minutes of trucking just to earn a couple thousand when to own your own truck costs upwards of £100k. However, please keep in mind that this game is about the driving aspect and not necessarily earning ridiculous amounts of money unless your aim is to have a big trucking empire over a relaxed drive.

There is a really good modding community behind this game and you can find many graphical overhauls as well as additional items to the game.

As a whole, I really do think highly of this game. I agree the game sounds questionable at first glance but upon putting in some hours you realise the game and the community are really warming. I can also suggest to pick this game up during sale as it can often be discount of -75%!

Planet Zoo is a game where of course you build a zoo. Building habitats one by one with a nice variety of animals to choose from with a plethora of creative items ranging from trees, rocks and enrichment items.

The game brings many positives with easy usability and nice functions. The game is very clear with a main goal however is hugely rewarding with the time and effort put into your zoos. There are prefabs available and can setup a functioning profitable zoo within minutes but actually putting the time to make the zoo aesthetically pleasing pays off and you made it yourself.

With the steam workshop available for users to share blueprints, sandbox zoos and habitats is a really nice way for players to share their creativity with one another can be very rewarding to see your hard work get the praise it deserves with people subscribing.

The textures of the animals are really good and the soundtrack is exceptional. The game provides many items to keep the animals happy with toys for them to play, different qualities of food to stress with confidence with the guests. The graphics and animations of everything is super clean and the online market system is really refreshing with huge potential.

There are few faults with the game in my opinion. There are several bugs which are unfortunately more frequent than you'd expect and can be really frustrating; animals have supposedly escaped but are still safe within the barriers resulting in customers to flee your zoo and can potentially be fined greatly for.

Another minor inconvenience are the DLCs. I currently own all but the Australia Pack (South America, Aquatic and Arctic at the time of writing). I think that some of the DLCs are enjoyable adding new animals and many decorative items which can really add a new theme and tone to your zoo however some of the animals really lack the effort since they are just a simple reskin. As I personally enjoy and recommend the game, you may be interested in them however I highly recommend getting them during a sale if possible.

To conclude, I personally really enjoy the game with massive creative limits to architecture and the landscape as a whole. I only find the occasional bugs a little annoying however does receive regular updates and with other titles made by Frontier Development, I have faith in them. The game is hugely rewarding and relaxing.

At the time of writing, I have not played Zoo Tycoon or Planet Coaster and therefore am unable to compare games.

note: The ratings below are completely my opinion and may differ from yours.

Graphics: 9/10
Soundtrack: 10/10
Gameplay / Usability: 8/10
AI: 7/10
Overall: 9/10
