If you see a game ban on my Steam account, please don't misunderstand. That happened when I was playing PUBG, and my VPN automatically switched nodes mid-game, causing a change in my login IP address, which triggered the anti-cheat system and resulted in a permanent ban.

As for why I didn't contact customer support to appeal the ban, I can only say this: PUBG's customer support are idiots, with a terrible attitude and extremely replies.
