you can run this game in all its glory on a toaster and I love everything about it

I got this game on sale around the time the Reimu skin was released, played one map then dropped the game for a while, basically Taiko. Downloaded the game again yesterday, looked more through the levels, played a few and saw they had a couple artists I liked, and a bit of Touhou (I hope they add more).

The art style is cute, I like the bright colors it fits with the aesthetic. The gameplay is very similar to taiko but with the element of different characters and little companions to choose from. The music is amazing, a large amount of the original tracks are really good, one in particular being Sister Marija's Theme "Believing and Being" (drop at 1:00 approx), which i hope they release a full version of. Some other notable artists are Nanahira and LeaF, which I was very glad to see featured. The level design is pretty straightforward, you hit objects and enemies in the sky and on the ground with progressive difficulty. the actual maps and respective patterns have been clean and really fun. Controls were a little odd at first, but there's a couple options and you're able to customize them.

One thing I was a little surprised by was the fact the game is currently single-player only, it would be nice to see a multi-player option, or co-op.

Nice game. Lots more materials, items, bosses than Minecraft (for those who still ask). There's a lot to unpack really.

I got this game via a fat greasy scumbag who stole his parent's credit cards regularly, but nevertheless I've really enjoyed playing this game, there's a very big variety of items and some well done sprite designs. I like the amount of clothes and hats you can find throughout the worlds, and the large amount of weapons / weapon types that you can craft or obtain. The worlds are limited in size (i.e world borders) but everywhere in-between is all yours and you can do with it whatever you'd like. I very much enjoy playing this game with friends, and I believe there is pvp so you could do a bit of tomfoolery on your friends in a multiplayer world.

Short but sweet touhou-themed Metroidvania, very cute pixelated art style and very good soundtrack. The storyline is pretty easy to follow, with satisfying and engaging boss fights. Anything touhou-related gets my interest, and this one definitely peaked mine. the combat is very fun, smooth and enjoyable. Definitely would recommend :)

As good as I remember, shame there's so many bots

Story is easy to follow, and pretty fun. A relatively short but fun puzzle game with a great soundtrack + nice visual art style. Gameplay is enjoyable with neat little cartoony sprites, and difficulty increases steadily as you continue (unlike some other games with exponential difficulty scaling).

Interesting story-line, surprisingly short though. I like the soft colors, cool little sprite designs and some puzzles throughout. The music fits pretty well. I remember finding this game about two years ago, looking for obscure titles and found this. After getting all three unique endings, I'd say for a small game made by RPG maker its a pretty enjoyable experience. Gave me some feels

small grammatical errors tho, but nothing immersion breaking

I got this game last year on sale, and I came from the mobile ver. The art style, animation and wide selection of color palates are very impressive and eye catching. All the characters are unique, and the story line for each of them is very in-depth, lots of lore and ranges from funny to touching. The fights are good in single player, the training room is my most frequented spot after learning about versus and online match-making. game-play is very engaging. the ai scales accordingly, and the animation during game play flows well.

Online matchmaking times are about 30 seconds to about 5 mins on average, and there seems to be a bit of a steep learning curve, as you'll either get paired up with someone who's about as experienced as you or someone who's practically dedicated their lives to this game and thus will stun lock you on the edge of the arena the moment you miss.
Things like that are to be expected,as seen in some other fighting games that have online matchmaking systems, but it'd be nice to have some sort of elo or ranking system to help with that.
