Before I'll say anything about this wonderful game, I'll have to put a disclaimer first:
If you are struggling with mental illnesses/issues and are currently in an unstable phase, you may not want to take me as an example and play it right away, but rather wanna postpone playing this game until you're feeling a bit more stable.

Now onto the review:
I'm seriously a bit in love with this game, especially as someone who can relate to the character 'May' as I have been and still am struggling with depression, self-harm and suicidal thoughts.
It is a short and heart-wrenching experience, reminding you to check on the people in your life and emphasizing the importance of just being there for others.

IT IS NOT a hopeless story and therefore I actually strongly suggest that people struggling with mental health issues play this short and lovely game, as it's more a realistic experience that shows both sides of this topic, 'failing' to be there for others as well as being able to be there and help are both outcomes that are explored in this game.
And equally important, the 'bad' endings do not blame the player, but rather emphasizes the forgiveness one has to show oneself in these kind of situations.

Adding to that, as a woman and part of the LGBTQIA+ Community, I was delighted to see a gay (and most certainly trans) female main character without it being sexualized, discussed or forcefully put in the center of attention.
It was treated naturally in this important and heart-wrenching game, as it should.

Overall and shortly said, I think everyone with a bit of compassion towards others should play this game.
