Brilliant mod for Half Life you should definetly get it

The game is not dead, BR is just a side game mode, f2p players do not interfere with paid players, you guys are just burnt out.

It is a 20 year old game and if you are saying you dont recommend other people all the entertainment you got from the series just because you yourself can't enjoy what millons of others still do, it's not the games fault, you are just tired of CS, and there is no other direct alternative to the experience counter strike provides sadly. Even though i do understand the veterans here yelling "ugh battle royale, ugh just stop already the game is dead" no it is not. You and your friends and the people you follow stoped playing the game while millions still enjoy it.

And the battle royale thing, its a side mode just like gun game or jailbreak and even though i gotta admit that its development probably accelarated because of how big BR genre is, it has been in development for a long long while now. You don't have to play it nor does it damage the core game that we all love. While yeah making a game go free to play would mean many more cheatars considering that there is 2 different matchmaking pools now for paid and free players It won't alter your experience as a veteran and Valve seems confident in vacnet.

Expecting a comp game like counterstrike that is 20+ years old now stay pay to play is stupid to say the least, and matchmaking is much better than it ever was nowadays (as a player with over 3.5k horus spent mostly on Valve mm). The development team is the only communicative team compared to any other Valve based team or anything Valve related. They have a freaking active twitter account for ♥♥♥♥♥ sake.

It is not that the game hit the rock bottom. You have been playing the same game with pretty much the same mechanics for over a really really long time . You are just burnt out. You are not much different compared to the toxic cancer that is our community that most of you hate. so yea
