Pros:

• more brands than its predecessor
  
• more fruit varieties than its predecessor
  
• daily upkeep for your machines and tools
  
• improved animal husbandry
  
• great mod support and you can expect tons of mods in the future
  
• ingame radio-stream support
  
• good co-op mp

Cons:

• "high demands" are somewhat bugged as the company will sometimes pay you much less than other companies or even much less than what they would pay usually despite having a "high demand" for the goods
  
• unintuitive crane controls
  
• upkeep costs are a bit too high in my opinion and can be a pita on hard difficulty
  
• you can not change controls while ingame, have to go to the main menu to do this

All in all I can savely recommend the game. I think the new gameplay additions are even worth a buy for players who own the FS15. The con arguments are manageable and as I stated above you can tailor the game to your likings due to the very good mod support.
