I would recommend this game to anyone who has a PC, from what I hear the console version is very unstable.
My machine is not a top-of-the-line rig but is decent and the game ran smoothly.
I did run into bugs, but they were mostly graphical bugs. In a game of this size that would be expected.
The story line is awesome, and even the side missions drew me in. I am usually the type that skips through dialog a lot, but I didn’t through this one.

Really love this game, getting your supply chain right can be challenging and fun. Lots of things to do. Updated regularly and has good community interaction.

Beautiful game, I don't know if I can say relaxing, those crazy drivers are always getting in the way. You can deliver just about anything, I had a lot of fun having to deliver large loads with escorts to places and figure out how to park them at the delivery site. There are lots of customizations for the trucks and the trailers.

I would recommend this game to anyone who likes messing with complex systems and survival. It is complex and tough, doesn't hold your hand. They have regular updates that usually add new features and they regularly address community input.

Best early access game I have ever seen.

They have regular updates and they are always adding something new to the game.

Don’t know what’s up with the DLC haters, it’s a great add-on and not badly priced.

Fun game. Similar to Flatspace and Space Ranger (Though space rangers is turn based). It does still need some polish and some more later game content.

Greatly recommended for anyone looking for a space exploration game.

Starbound isn't like a typical side scroller. Most are more arcade like and boxed in. With Starbound you can go anywhere and do what you want. You can farm, craft, build, fight, hunt, do missions, or play songs on an instrument. It's all up to you.

You start out in a damaged ship orbiting an unexplored world. You'll have to find resources to repair your ship and after that you can go to more planets in that solar system and eventually be able to travel from there to other systems. You'll discover many creatures and other sentient races some hostile and some friendly. There are many different kinds of planets to explore and all unique with many biomes and dungeons to find.

Right now the game is in heavy development, but it is still very playable and fun.

I would recommend this game to anyone.

It is a space survival, exploration, and construction game. You mine for resources to power and build stations or ships. Also if your the lazy type and don't wish to work for a living :) you can capture ships and stations and either keep them or break them down for materials for your own ships and stations.

The game is early access and does have bugs and you can suffer from poor performance on some computers. I'm sure a lot of that will be worked out as the game gets closer to its finished state. Most performance problems are usually smoothed out and polished near the end of a game's development.

The developer puts out regular updates and most of the time the update will have a new feature to try out.

They are very quick about fixing game breaking issues.

Space Engineers also has a great moding community with tons of workshop content.

Can't wait to see what they come up with next.

This is an excelent guide to learning how to use the Unity engine and planning out a game. Everything is very well presented and explained. I am only up to S1.9 but I am already looking forward to Series 2 in this. If anyone says anything about the price they should go look up the price on books that teach you unity game development. They cost more and don't explain it as well.

Thanks for this excelent guide GTGD.
