Very good but a little bit too short. Worth grabbing on sale.

This is my first Forza game and I'm really happy with it.
They are asking for a pretty high price imo, but if you are into these kind of games then it's worth it.
Bugs are there but kept to a minimum. It's at an acceptable rate for a launch and there are no gamebreaking bugs as far as I can tell.
The game runs fine but could use some optimization. It struggles with difficult scenes, for example driving through a city in the rain at night. Otherwise the game looks great.
The game offers over 500 cars and they feel decent to drive. It still has an arcady driving style and doesn't always feel "real" when you play with a steering wheel but that's totally OK in this game.

Short but very impressive game.

My first Battlefield game was BFBC2. I spent about 150h in that game just before BF3 came out..
Time I spent in the following Battlefield games:
Battlefield 3: 2500h
Battlefield 4: 115h
Battlefield Hardline: we dont talk about that game...
Battlefield 1: 50h
Battlefield 5: 8h
Battlefield 2042: 6h

The franchise has gone downhill an BF2042 seems to be at the bottom of that BF mountain.
I requested a refund for this alpha and hope they will refund not just me, but many others who wish to return a broken mess of a game that is BF2042.

This was the last BF game I have ever bought and I think it's finally time to say goodbye to a once beloved friend.

Spent 10h in the last week, trying to download the new patch and the world update VI. The game always gets stuck at some point. Deleting the files and redownloading sometimes helped but it's honestly a terrible experience. Finally I managed to download all updates and all add-ons.. Tried to visit some of the new land marks and they just weren't there. Just emptyness where the buildings should stand. So I decided to reinstall the update und it got stuck over and over again. It is so frustrating and very time consuming and in the end you're not even able to play this otherwise amazing simulation.
The fact that you have to start the game and then download it makes it even worse..
The internet is filled with people having the same issues and complaining about the way Microsoft handles their updates.

Stay away from this title untill Microsoft fixes it's update/download-system.

Sidenote: I wasn't able to even complete my download so I decided to reinstall Windows completely. That didn't help either.. From the 50h "playtime" I probably played about 10h and spent 40h trying to install the game, updating the game and waiting for the game to load.

Uninstalling this game from steam won't remove the gamefiles (+120GB). Make sure to go to your %AppData% folder and remove 'Microsoft Flight Simulator' to free up space.

Edit 24.04.2023:
wanted to jump into the game again, had to download a 25 GB update that took 2h.. Update got stuck and after restarting the download it finally completed the update. The game started to load into the main menu but before i got there, the game crashed. Started the game again and again and it kept crashing.
I am so done with this game.. honestly...

Not the perfect game by any means, but aside a few bugs and glitches, the game offers an amazing experience in a truely breathtaking city (as long as your PC can handle it).

Game's definitely worth the eddies.
