Classic PC game that (along with Arena) helped start off the Skyrim universe, I remember one of my old friend's had this on his PC back sometime in the late 1990's and I would play it while he was asleep- usually after a night full of watching fantasy films like Labyrinth, Willow, Krull, etc. I have like 3 or 4 other digital copies of this game! Love it.

What can I say that hasn't already been said about this magnificent classic?

I know a lot of people who play this, and when it went on sale someone bought a copy. I must say, it's pretty immersive and easy to learn. I enjoy open-world type games, and cannot wait to play with friends. The game has a little lag on my computer but that's because I have a potato RAM atm. Took some tweeks to get it up and running and am enjoying this immensely

Love the Shadowrun series and the tabletop RPG. The trilogy that this game is a part of is amazing as a whole. Gameplay and character creation are intuitive and well-explained. Everything in this game works great. I just do not understand the hacking mechanic whatsoever! I'm just not a puzzle/math guy, I guess. I'm more of a magic/fighter/monk kind of player, myself but I love rogues and deckers are great equivalent to that class, but again the hacking mini-puzzle game just confuses the heck out of me! This game and the whole series is worth owning.

Slightly better than Golf With Your Friends. All the courses are fun to play and the in-game physics works quite well. Overall, a great "mini" golf game with a lot of big ideas!
However, the "cyberpunk" course leaves a lot to be desired. Very badly done. Of all the courses in this game, the newest one (cyberpunk) is the worst. Still a damn good mini-golf game all around. Very fun!

This is a universe inspired in equal parts by David Lynch, Salvador Dali, Ornette Coleman and William Burroughs. Has climate change ravaged this world? What makes a building sentient? Is this a dream? Why is the pizza so good? Can you get the saxophone? The music! So much music!! This is a visual and audible feast. Do not let the weirdness and exotic scenery put you off, this is a *real* adventure.

Do I own a physical copy of this game? Yes, yes I do. I believe I had that copy since at least 2003 or 2004. It came packaged with another game... I forget what Soul-something blah blah... whatever. I've enjoyed this immensely throughout that time.

When I saw an ENHANCED copy on Steam FOR SALE, I jumped at the chance to grab it. Not only was I planning on re-installing this for the zillionth time, but getting a better copy with more features that does not require putting a disc in every time was such an amazing idea. One of my favorite CRPG's, along with Arcanum and TOEE (I own physical copies of both of those, also). I loved the writing, the story. I love how this is NOT your typical "role-playing game", that your choices create the character as the game progresses. The fact that one of my favorite D&D campaign settings, Planescapes, was used make this a game like no other.

I'd love to see Wizards of the Coast release all the old campaign worlds that were created when TSR owned the franchise (Ravenloft, Dark Sun, Dragonlance, etc.) and create some amazing games based on the new rules... heck, using first edition or second or 3.5 (like TOEE) wouldn't bother me to be honest- but I digress...

A much up-dated blast-from-the-past. I'll put my disc copies away for posterity, the enhanced Steam version blows away any patches the original needed. If you never Played TORMENT but have some experience with Role-playing games in general and/or CRPG's specifically, please please PLEASE do not rob yourself of the opportunity to experience this.

Do it for MORTE!

Well, I've been playing this game for almost an hour, and it is by far the DULLEST experience I've ever had. So, I am still stuck in this "tutorial mode" (Border Town) and I guess I'm missing some obtuse clue about how to get through. Sorry, can't waste my time with a narrative/card type PC game that either wants me to wait for actual real-time days or I have to search over and over to click on just the right thing at the right time. This is definitely NOT my kind of thing. Nope, Good thing it's free and has in-game purchase options. Uninstall.

Well, as far as survival co-op goes, the building in this one is much more streamlined. Also, what can be built is made more obvious. I still like & enjoy The Forest, but Valheim has less of the "Lumberjack Simulator" feel Forest has. It's nice a pretty bird comes and gives you hints now and again. Creating spawn points helps quite a bit, too. I think I like this quite a bit. Going into co-op, I'm going to focus on using weapons and creating a more pure hunter/warrior/bodyguard archetype.

Is this a good D&D game? Yes, yes it is. There are plenty of great reviews for this wonderful game so I'd thought I'd add mine to the pile. Please, play this game INSTEAD of that weak Idle Champions crap-fest game! Trust me, this is what D&D is supposed to be.
