Usually eager to work, but on one or two occasions has been less than willing to tackle an assignment within the range of competence, or reluctant to learn something new. Smart, and not afraid of unfamiliar topics and new concepts, and shows a good ability to learn and adapt. But it usually takes a session or two before TOP will engage in the discussion. Uncertain of capabilities and needing frequent reassurance. Or over-confident and sometimes overbearing. Is a good team member in an emergency, following instructions quickly, but not taking a leadership role.
