Hey there! If you still don't have the "Back to Work" achievement for Underground Blossom, I've posted a comment in the guide - you need to take the Shrimp to Crib Station and use it in the second booth to buy a ticket to the Rusty Hotel. Once you set the clock to 2:25, a train will arrive and get you there. The achievement will pop-up once you talk to Mr Owl.
