Håkon Skauug habitually plans and sequences own work but not that of others. Ensures that objectives are clearly established, and that work is systematically carried out in order to achieve the objectives. In the face of setbacks or adversity will continue to pursue the objective, and doesn’t give up. But may not be able to inspire others to continue as well. Generally takes on tasks or assignments without objection, but does not appear to be strongly motivated, and will not inspire others. Needs a supervisor to give instructions, but after receiving them gets on with the job. However, sometimes needs to come back and ask for more guidance.
