The Campaign consists of 6 Acts and 4 difficulties. I've found really good players across all platforms with crossplay enabled. It also helps with finding games quickly.

Back 4 Blood Deluxe Edition includes the game & annual pass (everything needed to have the full experience).

The Ultimate Edition includes 4 unique skins for 4 Cleaners (there are 12 cleaners). After playing this game for 350 hours, I wish I had those skins just for $1.50 more. They're pretty cool.
