I originally had complaints because legendary skins were poorly implemented, but not anymore.

I played over 800 hours of this game over the first 4 years after its release and loved every second of it, but now I've come back to play with the new update only to find I can barely play.

Previously when playing Hunt I enjoyed a smooth 60-70 fps on ~medium settings, but now even after turning everything down to low I'm getting a ~sorta smooth 40-50 that stutters horribly at times, especially in combat.

You would think my PC's resources would be maxed out like they sometimes used to be, but I'm sitting at 30-50% CPU usage, 70-80% Memory usage, 40-50% GPU and ~60% VRAM, which makes this whole thing even more frustrating.

I'll update my review if they fix the massive new issues, but until then I can't recommend this game to anyone.

This game makes Fallout 76 look like Bloatfly droppings. I'll tell ya one thing, makes ya almost wish for a nuclear winter. 10/10

Needs a LOT of work, but it's a great start to a sequel and I look forward to playing the game as it evolves.
Considering it's F2P and early access, 8/10.
Things the game needs desperately:
-Faster combat (at least in some situations)
-A reduced or removed movement delay after melee attacks of any kind.
-Lots of smaller improvements.

11/10! Pirated this game to try then ended up buying two copies within the hour! This game offers an amazingly well designed building system for airships, fortresses, and tanks where the player has to consider things such as Lift, armor, fuel, and ammo storage (among other things), along with immersive combat and good AI. I can't wait to see what the dev adds in future updates!

Woke up ♥♥♥♥♥ on the beach, a black man in the middle of a snowy hellscape. Did what any sensible man would do and proceeded to beat a tree with a rock and chase a deer made of chicken with a torch. I spent the rest of my morning expertely weaving clothing out of hemp while walking along the coast. Come early afternoon I found some guy taking a nap. He was tasty, and came with a free machine gun. Here we are 2 days later. I write this as I lounge in my super fortress crafting C4 and taking pot shots at the ♥♥♥♥♥ people popping into existance on the beach.

As the owner of 2 servers and the admin of 3 others, who has spent nearly 900 hours ingame (as of the posting of this review) I highly recommend Rust to my fellow players. Below I've listed the best features of the game, as well as things which need to be worked on and improved by the devs.

Best things about Rust:
-Extremely active devs who release updates every week and interact with their fan base. The game gets better every week as the devs release new content.
-Well balanced, brutal fight for survival against your fellow players.
-Bears are ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥.
-2 great events in vanilla, the air drop and the heli, which encourage both cooperation and pvp.
-Amazing modding community with thousands of amazing servers for those who want a little extra out of their game.
-Beautiful landscapes.
-Well designed building system. Improvements need to be made but in it's current state players can still spend hours designing new and improved bases.
-Dat Boltie

Things which need to be improved:
-Animals can walk through monument walls.
-Animals can run up sheer cliffs at amazing speeds.
-Lots of glitches which need to be patched. This is to be expected in Alpha games and everything game-breaking has fixes, but we shouldn't need to be spending time fixing ♥♥♥♥ right after buying the game.
-Performance enhancements which don't completely nerf graphics would be nice.
-Devs should consider hiring a couple more people to help accelerate development. Just a personal opinion.
-Quarries are currently useless. Their output needs to be at least 5-10x current to be worth the fuel used.
-Body assignment is cool, but it would be nice if bodies randomly changed every couple of weeks of something. Switch things up a bit.
-Bicycles, boats, hint hint.
-Can we please get more options for building. Current system is great but could be improved.
-Prone position would be cool.

I'm going to stop, because there are tons of things the devs could add which would be nice, but would not majorly impact the quality of the game. So far the game is amazing and I know we'll see lots of great things from the devs in the future. As of this time I would rate rust 9.5/10.
