I can't attest to the rest of the complaints in the comments, but I ran with this dude in a random trio, he brought two auto-4 shorties, aced a team almost immediately and cinched the next team after our third made it a 2v3. My expectation upon seeing his loadout was "Well we're dead" but we actually had a good game!

Don't bother playing Hunt with this guy, leaves the second he is down. Other teammate and I went on to win despite having Coltnz24 as a teammate.
