Pros: This version makes the updating process much better and allows reviews.

This is a pretty captivating version of Magic. Simultaneously i fear they'll make a new one eventually and delete all of people's investment into this one. Servers are still bad if you're not in the US and it blocks certain VPNs (what you need to get to the good US servers.) That doesn't mean I don't have a good time with it when I sometimes choose to game.

To be clear... I think this was originally a different game, about a police officer who recovered from cyber-psychosis amidst questions of whether to be a vigilante or not. I want to play that game. I like this one quite a lot though. There are questionable tropes, systems that could have been coded better, and moments of clickbait politics but also quests that are every bit as good as those in the Witcher 3 (the street racing quest line.) I recommend this if you don't have to pay full retail cost.

A lot of content is locked away due to early access but fun so far.

Beautiful setting. Nostalgic story. Questionable leveling system that functions as a gatekeeper.

Can make some quite meaningful stories. Aging might be a bit fast.

This company eventually gave us Fallout 76. The main quest is underwhelming. The rest of this is still a lot of fun and a great platform to mod off of.

Diablo 2.5.

Has a lot more in common with Assassin's Creed 1 than you'd expect. Beautiful map and terrain and basic experiences. The story isn't getting there so far.

This is an imperialism RPG. There is much depth and nuance here if you do not make snap judgments about it.

This is exponentially better than the first game. I really like the fact that you can both customize a character/party or work with well written and voice acted pregenerated characters. The story and the combat situations are genuinely novel and entertaining.
