I love this game and the devs, but current balances ruin the potential fun that could be had, balancing needless items to ensure everyone has fun in only one type of way instead of letting the player find their own systems. I'd like to add that I'm all for creating a very difficult (almost unfair) game, but the way that Arrowhead is doing it sacrifices too much for the sake of balance and perceived difficulty. They give less options to find solutions to the problems that the game throws at us and nerf the most creative and fun solutions.
