You've never played counter-strike like this, sweating as you try and punch the numbers into a keypad to defuse a bomb. It's also got a lot of other fun things, but that's enough to justify the price.

It's the mini golf you know love and hate in perfect VR. The levels are awesome and especially cool when you are in the menu and looking over them, and they should provide plenty of challenge to everyone except Tiger Woods. It's everything you wanted in a VR golf game but had to wait years to get.

Update after a few more hours: It's even better than I thought initially. It's got a fun scavenger hunt in each map's hard mode that is a super fun game that makes getting a new putter skin super entertaining and a good break from golfing. Plus, practice mode is truly awesome, since it lets you undo your last shot over and over again to keep practicing the same exact shot.

This game is so good, I bought it twice (Origin + Steam). The campaign is great, the multiplayer is great, and BT is great. Titanfall 2 has parkour, robot-human bonding, and is just overall one of the freshest FPS campaigns ever. If you haven't played it, I guarantee you'll enjoy it.

The VR launch was definitely a little rocky at first, but even then, Star Wars Squadrons was so much fun I played through the whole campaign with some weird ghosting issues. Now, I want to upgrade my whole rig just so I can see the beauty of a Star Destroyer up close and personal with the highest possible graphics.

Early access? No way! I've seen loads of AAA games on their release that weren't this fun, innovative, or interesting, and Teardown truly takes on the best of the best. If you like the chaotic destruction of Just Cause or Red Faction, this game has that cranked up to 11, with physics based problem-solving added on that even Half-Life 2 could only dream of.

Seriously, it's that good. For once, even if the developer didn't touch this game and just shipped it out of Early Access as is, I don't think anyone would have anything to complain about. There's already loads of content and the ability to load in custom maps, so the potential is truly infinite.

I've been playing VR games for years, but Half-Life: Alyx blew my mind about not just what a AAA VR game could be, but what games could be in general. Getting to really inhabit City 17 and live inside the Half-Life universe would have been enough on its own, but Half-Life: Alyx delivers stunning visuals, amazing gameplay, and a fantastic story that just screams Half-Life. In my mind, it's a definite must-play.

At this point, everyone should know Beat Saber is an amazing VR game. It took over a void in my heart left after Audioshield couldn't stream from YouTube anymore, but it far surpasses that game in every way.

Beat Saber does one thing and one thing very well: letting you hit blocks to the music.

It's exhilarating, fast paced, and has a learning curve that'll keep you going until you are acing expert levels. I'm not even close to there yet.

Even more exciting, the game has new updates coming out that should (fingers crossed) bring new songs AND the ability for users to make their own tracks.

SUPERHOT VR is undoubtably one of the most amazing games you can get for VR right now. It is amazing to play, amazing to watch, and is fun beyond belief. SUPERHOT VR excels because it makes you feel like a badass with simple but mechanics but ever increasing challenges. When you play SUPERHOT VR, you're the star of an action movie, catching guns and taking names. SUPERHOT VR feels great because it is simple to grasp (the mechanics come down to throwing, catching, and shooting) but it requires finesse to master. Even when you slip up, SUPERHOT VR gives you the chance to grab a bottle and come out swinging. When demoing my Vive, it's the game everyone wants to play, and it never dissapoints.

Now you might be thinking, is Rocket League as good as everyone says it is? Is it worth the hype? I mean after all, isn't it just soccer (footbol) with cars?

Rocket League is worth every single word of praise and all the hype it's gotten. It has tons of polish, great music, lots of cosmetics, a great DLC policy (cheap DLC that gives lots of customizations that don't impact gameplay) and it has A DELOREAN TIME MACHINE (DLC, but still).

If you're not convinced, Rocket League is one of the most fun multiplayer games known to man. Everything that moves can explode, from the ball to your enemy cars, and now with mutators the action will never get boring.

A solid controller with lots of unique possibilities and a great feel.

I've seen a lot of reviews from big media groups saying that the controller feels "cheap" but I disagree. It has a nice heft, and a whole lot of polish, even in the packaging and the subtly branded USB dongle.

You can tell a tremendous amount of thought and care went into making this controller, and it stands out in a few ways, primarily the customizability and the easy of typing (once you get used to it), which resembles two thumb typing on an older phone with a full keyboard.

The dissapointing thing is that there seem to be occasional glithces of the software. Sometimes when alt tabbing from Big Picture mode, the entire Steam app crashes, leaving the controller a useless mess in whatever game you're playing, and the chat (at least for me) seems to have a weird one message delay. Other than these software issues, which I'm sure will get patched later on (after all, the controller just came into full release), the controller is great, and it seems like a lot of the issues that people have with it are either from not using it enough or from patchable software bugs.

And although the Steam overlay is required for the controller to work, the Steam Controller simply seems like the best way to bring pc games away from a mouse and keyboard, and onto your couch, even for stuff that doesn't support a controller at all.
