EDIT: the change to requiring account linking has been cancelled due to player feedback. as long as this remains the case i do highly recommend the game, it is extremely fun

absolutely amazing game ruined overnight by sony requiring psn account link for pc players, a change that forces you to make an account with a company notorious for getting hacked (if you even can make an account- people in many countries can't, so the game they purchased and have been playing just fine will become wholly inaccessible for them for no good reason).

overall not a bad game but it was a bit of a snooze fest coming from someone expecting a bit more of a visual novel-type experience- probably about 75% of my playtime was spent in the neuron mini game or micromanaging my schedule (though i get that's kind of the point of the game). also the division of mental health and parents' satisfaction seems bizarre as they are almost perfectly inversely related, and this bleeds into many of the activities and skills resulting in weird scenarios such as playing most sports hurting your mental health and playing chess or riding your bike upsetting your parents, and there were enough of these scenarios that i eventually stopped distinguishing between skills and activities besides what stats they'd affect. also the first line of the description should be "story of your childhood" because i spent 4 hours playing through school and then had about 5 lines describing my adulthood before the credits rolled
