Underrated,
Good soundtrack and story that explains a couple of things that lead to the events in the movies.
The attention to detail of the Terminator world is nice. Many things can be recognized if you've seen the first two movies, such as weapons, hideout and the machines of course.
The loot, upgrade and perk system are not overly complicated and are adding to the game. Plays a bit like a light version of Fallout.
The weapon wheel and item slots are alright but occasionally I'd have liked quick slots better. There are some situations where switching items in a battle is just bad or you accidently press 5 and not 6 and switch the wrong thing, or use a nade when you wanted to use a medkit. It's not horrible but annoying sometimes.
Graphics are not that good but okay. It adds to the atmosphere of the destroyed world to a degree but some characters could have been a bit more polished.
Dialogue is alright but here and there it is noticeable that some conversations were recorded in one go and later cut into pieces - the emphasis doesn't always fit. Also, coming back after a mission and picking up the previous topic like nothing has happened is a bit weird.
Level design is quite good although it's a bit sad that you can't explore that much and many paths are blocked. Ran into a few invisble walls, unfortunately.

Just finished the game and ~20 hrs for the base game is not bad. Worth picking up at 10-15€.

Can be fun, can be frustrating.
On the one hand you may spend hours on looting and crafting just to lose it all, on the other hand you may be lucky and spend hours on looting and crafting and win big.
It's not everyone's cup of tea, I guess.
Even though you will run into a lot of people that will kill you for anything, you may also run into some decent people.
It's always an adventure but can consume a lot of time and is not always rewarding.
The base game has quite limited content but thankfully BI has provided the community with tools to create mods.
If you should ever be tired of official server you can simply join a smaller community and enjoy new content such as new items, building mods, weapons, new events and much more. That's a big plus. Community servers can also provide a better experience due to active admins enforcing certain rules and taking care of different issues and different kinds of malicious players.
Other than that it should be mentioned that the game runs quite well on old(er) systems, like 8-10 years old, which is another plus if you don't have the money to buy a new system to play the latest games.
The game's not perfect but can be enjoyed by most.
7.5/10

Cyberpunk 2077 certainly had a rough start but I have say that I've only experienced a handful of bugs even in 1.0 and completed the game shortly after the first patch came out, doing all side quests (or so I thought), reading everything and talking to all characters as much and often as I could. I hated Johnny in the beginning and loved him in the end after taking my time to listen to him. Some world events were a bit too repetitive and it would have been better to have fewer, but overall still an okay mixture.
Yes, the game as a whole wasn't as great as expected, f.i. some content I saw in one of the many trailers was not released, so I get that many people were disappointed.
However, playing the game for the story, taking your time to explore and experiment was not just a fun thing to do but could occasionally unlock buildings in the city and grant access to (new) characters that many people have probably missed and rather complained about CP on plattforms such as YT than taking their time to dive deeper and not just scratch the surface.
The game had and has more to offer than many people claim(ed). The reason I know - I've missed them myself the first time playing the game, including the entire questline with Kerry, the hidden bar and escorts, only solved parts of the mystery surrounding the mayor, Cyberpsychosis etc.
Because I wondered about the other possibilities I did play through for a second time, used different skills, other dialogue options that lead to different quest endings and game end. Even started a third game, aiming at getting one of the bad endings and more dialogue options but I'll amdit that I've stopped halfway through as there was not as many new things to discover as expected.
The updates have fixed a few things that did bother me, added few more details and new content, so in its current state I'd say it's good enough to be played twice.
It may not be perfect or as great as The Witcher: Wild Hunt (MPO) but it can be recommended as a good game. Especially now, in 2022.

Characters/Dialogue - 10/10
Features - 7/10
Graphics - 8/10
Music - 8/10
Sound - 8/10
Story - 10/10
-----
Total - 8/10 - Good but not great.

Green Project is a gem in my book, considering the price and current state of the game.
The developers keep adding new content and bug fixes, so it's just a matter of time until the game is as big and complex as other (retro) survival games that went gold.
Some things are occasionally a bit repetitive but usually it's nothing but a necessity to get something better like a tool or being able to finally access a new area that gives you new things to explore. It's about right, like in Stardew Valley, imo.
Nothing to complain about regarding the atmosphere. Good color scheme, world feels depressing and dead until you intervene and bring it back to life. It's nice to witness the progress.
You have to plan ahead at first, since you are surrounded by the funugs and your options are limited, but if done right you are giving much more freedom to explore, craft, grow crops and breed animals as you please. You can gain access to new areas, loot buildings, find new recipes that unlock new content, farm in the mine, fish, plant trees... there's a lot to do and more is coming.

Nitpicking the only things that you could nitpick about:
Nothing annoying, except for that cat which keeps meowing each time you cross its path until you adopt it and the "Ah, sand" speech bubble that keeps popping up every time you pass certain spots in the desert.
Additionally, there is currently no option to recycle or destroy some of the things in game, like an old hatchet that you no longer want to use or repair, while other stuff can be burned or vanishes after some time not gathering it.
I understand it is most likely a safety feature to avoid people accidently burn their tools, so I hope there will be some sort of recycling bin where you can throw away stuff purposely that you no longer want or need. I will update the review if they should change or add that feature.
Last but not least some of controls take some getting used to. It isn't that bad but a few things could be improved to allow a more intuitive and fluid gameplay imo.
Other things that are missing are a proper tutorial (may it be optional for anyone who has never played such a game) and maybe a few more notes or an NPC that could add more depth to the story (where exactly happened,, what did the people do to fight it, are there any survivors...), and a cut scene when you fought the fungus successfully and the contamination reaches 0.
It's probably just a matter of time until those things are available, so I don't consider them a big issue right now, it is here and there just noticeable that the game isn't finished yet.

Conclusion:
It's a nice and fun game that's somewhat difficult in the beginning and more rewarding later, with a few things missing.
If the developers keep adding more stuff, as they do right now, expand the world a bit further, e.g. a science lab, military base or so that offer more detail to what has happened, add few details to the enviroment (some roads are just dead ends at a wall with no visual clue, like a blockade, that would make the world more believable and feel less "chopped") and maybe an NPC that gives you more background story (in return for goods), I actually see no reason why the game's shouldn't become a huge success.
It's still in developement, so the few things I was nitpicking about are nothing that should keep anyone from buying the game and supporting the developers, so they are able to give us exactly what is currently missing.
I played the game every day for a week for about four hours a day and later on occasionally while listening to music or an audio book. It's quite enjoyable either way.

Create your own games in Game Dev Tycoon!
The game is about making games and building your own game development company.
In the beginning you only have some start-up capital and basic skills. It is upon you to create a good game that brings your one man company forward. Depending on the genre you have to focus on certain aspects and if you succeed you'll earn enough experience and money for further studies, so you can create more complex games, even for different platforms.
Depending on how good or bad you do your company will either grow, have employees, hold your own conventions, release AAA titles, sequels and sell an own console, or you will fail and go bankrupt before the game ends.
While you're playing you have no competitors but yourself. That means if you make it to the end of the game all of your achievements will be rated and result in a personal highscore.
After that you are free to play on and check out what you (may) have missed, or you start over with your knowledge and try to beat your very own highscore. It may sound boring, but IMHO it's very challenging and does make fun.
The graphics are simple but that's okay. I think it gives the game a playful charm. The sounds are okay, but if you play it several times they can start to annoy you a bit, but in this case you can just disable them and hear your own music instead.
The game is good to relax and take a break from the casual shooters and RPGs.
It's not perfect, e.g. I miss the possibility to create a packaging, deceide about a copy protection and the game's rating system is sometimes a bit odd if you try to create awesome games that exist in real life, but give you a poor rating in the game.
Despite some smaller flaws it is a nice game and I recommend it if you like simulations that are not too realistic.

Hands off! Waste of time and (especially) money.
After you've bought the game you have to create an own account just for the game. Well, not THAT bad but still annoying.
When you're lucky and able to log in you can select only one of three slots to create a new character. The other two slots are disabled and can only be unlocked after you paid for them. See below why they are so important.
After you've selected one of the servers and enter the (laggy) world of Infestation you have nearly nothing but a little bag pack with an energy drink and some chips or a candy bar (I don't really remember). Anyway, as soon as you start walking around you slowly start to get hungry and thirsty, so you have to look for something to eat and drink ASAP. Don't think that the already owned food helps much, because it does not. The other problem is that you have nothing to defend yourself and in order to find loot (of any kind) you either have to go into a city, what you will not survive because of the hordes of walkers (Zed) lurking there, or be lucky and find some left behind cars near the roads. You may find some ammo, a drink, chips, or even a gun, but nothing really helpful, because whatever you may find, the energy it takes you to do it is not covered by the found food, or the gun has no ammo, or you find a gun, but no ammo. Additionally, there are also zombies next to the roads, so getting some items without getting chased, what will rapidly decrease your stamina and increase your need of food and water, is nearly impossible without getting eaten.
Only if you have an guardian angel you'll find a gun, the right ammo (the caliber has to fit) and maybe even food and you're ok for about 1-2 in game days, unless you're not killed by others who want to have your stuff. Yea, stay away from humans, too. There is no teamplay like "us against them" it's "all vs. all".
There are neutral zones (shelters) which are some sort of fort, and you can store items and buy weapons there, but only for game money that has to be bought with real money.
If you die, you have to wait for about one hour until you can log in again. As written above you could choose one of the other character slots, but they are blocked, so you have the choice; wait until you are allowed to play again, or pay (again) to play the game.
In other words; pay to win, nothing else.
You can try the hard way, but you won't make it very long.
Graphics and sound are acceptable, but the lag and especially the concept of the game kills every sort of fun.
Seriously, if it was f2p and would offer some! features in exchange for money, like an extended storage room, or extended ammo clip size to pay for the servers and some profit, it sure would be ok and a fair deal, but this way it's just rip off.
Save your money and stay away from that game.
Get Arma 2 and play the DayZ mod or buy State of Decay for a single player experience, if you wan't to survive a zombie apocalypse. Infestation is just disappointing and frustrating experience. :(

Epic!
Tomb Raider tells the very beginning of Lara Croft and how she actually became Lara Croft as we know her from the other TR games. Of course, there are a lot of treasures to hunt, secret places to find and many jump and run situations which are sometimes related to quick time events.
The game has pretty graphics, good sound and a nice soundtrack. The level design is very good, and in various quarters even dynamic. Tombs contain the usual climb parts, some well balanced riddles (neither too difficult, nor too easy) and the atmosphere is just great.
Furthermore, TR offers some RPG elements, such as weapon upgrades which allow you to kill your enemies in a lot of varieties and some character improvements (perks) such as higher health/damage resistance, improved aiming, advanced senses or better looting.
The new character and body design fits Lara very well and facilitates a more realistic experience than in the previous games.
The average length of the game is about 16 hours, if you raid some tombs here and there or collect some of the other goodies out there. After you're done with the game you can still stay on the island and look for missing treasures and items, so the total play time should be around 25 hours.
The MP is ok and offers several game types not just deathmatch. It makes a lot of fun to gather experience to unlock new characters and weapons, or just play with/against friends.
Under the bottom line is TR a real action-packed jewel with nice graphics, compelling atmosphere, good soundtrack, great gameplay and a well done character and story development.
An awesome game you shouldn't miss, even if you disliked one or all of the previous TR titles, as I did.
If you can get it for about 10-20 bucks, then get it - it's worth it.
I give it 9/10 points.

Morbid sense of humor, good gameplay, tons of weapons, items and nice graphics - yeah, cell shading does look good. Most NPCs are somewhat insane but loveable, and they enhance the world of Borderlands 2 in many ways. There are lots of main quests, but you will also find time to explore the huge world on your own, and the game often rewards you for that with funny events or conversations, rare items, weapons or new side quests that help you to gather more experience in order to level up.
You can choose one out of four player classes (without DLCs) that have different strengths and weaknesses. After you reached a higher level you can activate new perks to become stronger. If you fulfill certain tasks in game you can even earn the so called "badass points" that can be exchanged with improved abilities like faster reloading, more health and so on. If you don't want to play alone or you have problems with a boss fight, then invite some friends and play together (co-op). It's will stay the same game, no alternate story or world, so it can be very usefull as well as entertaining.
The story is ok and you won't be totally lost if you haven't played Borderlands 1, although it helps to get the whole plot and a few jokes. Nevertheless, you can enjoy it even if you haven't played Borderlands 1.
Under the bottom line: Get it, it's worth it.

Be the mayor of your own city!
Sim City 4 offers many things to build and create your very own city, especially with the Add-On "Rush Hour". Connect your city with other cities in your region, trade and let your city grow to a metropole. Of course, it takes time to get all the nice things but it's a nice challenge, with pleasant graphics, relaxing music and some little tasks to improve your reputation.
If you like simulations and wish create the city of your dreams, without going to war, Sim City 4 is a classic.
