Simple concept with challenging puzzles and a Portal-esque art style. Only complaint I really have is the fact many of the levels require perfect execution that can easily land you a softlock if you ♥♥♥♥ up. Aside from that, it's a pretty good game.

Pretty good, even if it's just a one-map demo. The graphics & remade assets are beautifully fitting, and the recreation of Half-Life 2's core mechanics and UI is almost 1:1.

The perfect game for relieving stress. You may be committing unspeakably brutal acts of violence, but in the end nobody outside the game's getting hurt. It's a win-win situation for both society and virtually anyone's violent intrusive thoughts.

At the time of writing this review, there are 6 days left until the 20th anniversary of this insanely amazing game. This is, by far, one of the most perfectly engineered games of the 21st century. From its aesthetically pleasing environments to its innovative puzzles and complex-but-simple story, Half-Life 2 is a work of art on an incomprehensible amount of levels. No matter how many times I replay, the euphoria Valve's games create, especially Half-Life 2, never changes.

Happy 20 years, you timeless masterpiece.

An amazing, emotionally moving game with a sucker punch of an ending. And it's free, too!

Out of every Portal mod I've downloaded in the past 10 years, Revolution takes the cake for being the best one I've played and enjoyed all the way through.

While playing Revolution, I immediately fell in love with its simple but beautiful environments, its satisfying & not too easy but not too hard puzzles and its well-written characters. Compared to other mods, nearly every aspect of this modification feels Valve-quality, and the updated Source Engine takes the experience to a whole other level.

Second Face Software did a phenomenal job on every aspect of this amazing modification, and I'm extremely proud of them for carrying this mod to release.

Portal: Revolution is not just a good Portal mod. It's perfect.
