First off, unlike what the Store description says, this is NOT the best Free-To-Play shooter. This game can't even grasp the idea of "Best Free-To-Play shooter." This game is a newborn child compared to the galaxy that is the "Best Free-To-Play shooter." The gunplay in this game is very, very poor. Weapons only seem to be entirely accurate when you're standing still, no matter if you have a scope attached or not. There's really no need for the scopes when every gun is basically 100% accurate, all you have to do is have the enemy in your crosshair and there's a stupidly huge chance you'll hit them. Now, this can all be looked over, if it weren't for one HUGE flaw.

The maps are borderline awful.
Each team has a fixed spawning zone, and upon spawn, you get a brief invinsibility shield. Not bad, that really helps counter spawn-campers. Well, it's a complete annoyance when the maps are smaller than a church. Before you know it, you'll have killed an enemy, rounded a corner, and be faced with the same enemy who has invincibility while you do not, and there's no chance of you surviving that, especially when the spawning is so rapid that you'll eventually round a corner and have three or four people with invinsibility running towards you, and all you can do at that point is be really, really sad. In this sense, the miniscule size of the maps definitely promotes turtling, as no matter what, you'll eventually wander into the enemy's spawn.

There's no need for Snipers, because all weapons have 100% accuracy no matter what the distance is, so people will be able to hit you from lengths that are insanely annoying. Imagine rounding a corner and seeing someone about two-hundred feet away, only for you to hit them, it somehow miss, and they turn around and shoot you dead with one shot from a Desert Eagle.

This game was never fun while I played it.
It's not a fun game.

Did I mention most guns cost around 90,000 - 160,000 gold, and after each game you get only somewhere around 1,000?

In Conclusion:
play this game if you really want to
beat it over the head for a few hours hoping to have some form of fun
or don't play it

It's your choice, and you're not losing a dime in the process

Please take note that I haven't played this game too much. I only have about three and a half hours as of writing this review, but I wanted to write a review because, in my opinion, this game definitely deserves one consisting of what I have to say. Now with that out of the way, the review:

This game is amazing. I'll get that out of the way. It's simple to learn and get used to after you pick up on the gameplay and become used to it, and that's a key component for an FPS game. It needs to be easy to adapt to. And Warface definitely is.

The game is skill-based, really. There's nothing that gives you an advantage over other players, and boosters are used to allow for you to progress easier. Purchasing boosters is completely optional though, and are not required. I've enjoyed the game from what I've played, and have yet to consider purchasing a booster to speed up my progress. No class necessarily counters any class. It's all about how you handle the situation at hand. When you come face-to-face with a Medic and you're a Sniper, how do you handle the situation? Try your best to land a shot through your scope? Switch to your pistol? Run away to make some distance? All Classes have the oppurtunity to finish off every class if you're smart about how you play and use your knowledge and skill to your advantage.

I've hopped into games where there have been players on the other team with a higher level and cooler items than me, and I walked out top-scoring because I was just a lot more skilled in the moment.

The game relies heavily on teamwork. If you take a lot of fire and need healing, you best hope and pray a competent Medic is on your team if you're not one. Run out of Sniper Rifle ammo? Best hope a Rifleman on your team notices. Teamwork is rather difficult to achieve in Pubs, but there have been many occassions where a Rifleman has shared his ammo and a Medic has healed me when I needed it badly.

What makes this all even better is that the game is Free To Play. I've gotten more enjoyment and satisfaction out of this game than I have an FPS game that costs $60. It feels like a legitimate shooter, and as someone just starting the game, I'm having a blast

Like I said, this review may change, but so far, I'm enjoying myself incredibly while playing this game. The community isn't too toxic, but you'll always have a few rotten apples in the batch. So I let it slide, especially when after the game, nine times out of ten, I send a "gg" and get a "gg" back.

My only gripe with the game is that almost every map is insanely small, which is great for firefights, but terrible for spawning. I do dislike killing an enemy only to turn the corner and accidentally be in their spawn, them having a short amount of invulnerability. Hopefully that's something the devs can fix, but it's not too incredibly bad.

Definitely pick up the game if you're skeptical or curious. Learn the mechanics. Believe me, you will die, but it's all apart of learning and getting better at the game. I certainly recommend trying it out! There's even a Co-Op mode where you and allies take on bots in a mission-scenerio. Pretty cool, if I do say so myself!

Unless you're buying this game for Campaign or Zombies, don't expect to get an interesting moment or two out of this game.

The Multiplayer of this game is practically dead, and every 24-hours there's only about 3,000 people online (that number is generous). The only people you'll find playing the game are either people who just bought it or people who have played so long that they're >4th prestige and refuse to let the game just keel over and die.

The only true reason I bought this game is because I didn't have a game in my library that focused too heavily on gun-play other than TF2 and Dirty Bomb, and I assumed the game would still be more alive.

However, after only two years, the game is practically too dead to enjoy.

I cannot recommend this game for gun-play
I cannot recommned this game for entertainment value
I cannot recommend this game for new players

Overall, this game isn't worth the price tag.

The only up-side is I bought the game for a bit more than half off on a discount website, and I feel truly sorry for those who spent the full $60

Never in my life did I expect to have so much mindless fun in a game that had no real sense of progression and was only in Early Development.

This game is amazing. It may not seem like it, but it's insanely fun and has evidence of immense potential. I can certainly see how great this game will be if it ever has a full release, and I'll recommend it to my closest friends when the game exits Early Development!

Another amazing feature this game has to offer is the Workshop! There's a plehtora of amazing fan-made Maps and Weapons that can definitely create different experiences in gameplay. I plan on dumping many, many more hours into Ravenfield thanks to the amazing Workshop creations.

If you have any doubts about the game, I can't recommend it enough. It's fun, even without co-op or a progression system. However, it seems the brain behind the game has a lot more in store!

The good news is, for about a dollar you can get 5000 achievements, then refund the game since it takes under two hours.

Before I purchased this, I thought to myself
"Why would people pay $4 for something to do with desktop wallpapers?"

I can safely and confidently say that this application is worth every dollar it's priced at, and I encourage anyone who's skeptical or have yet to purchase it to do so.

The best feature of Wallpaper Engine is that is allows you to download and create your own .gif backgrounds for your desktop, meaning you can have can have anything from a visualizer to moving scenery as your background. That alone makes it worth the price, however it's even greater that people create and upload their own creations, and you have the ability to download those backgrounds and use them for your laptop, definitely providing a type of satisfaction to a possibly plain desktop.

I can't recommend this enough. It's an amazing tool that everyone should have, and it's one of, if not the best applications on steam, with an incredibly low price for what you get.

First off, before I leave a review, I do want to state that, to a group of select individuals, this game may be fun, challenging, and an all-around pleasant experience. However, to me, and the friends I've played with, this game did not offer any of that.

The game has a top-down perspective, which is a nice change-of-pace when it comes to Post-Apocalyptic games. However, the gameplay is very dull, and incredibly "unfair".

AI controlled survivors work incredibly slow, and it's either wait about four hours for them to complete the side-tasks for you, or try and do it all yourself. Hordes and bandits attack your homebase for seemingly no reason and sometimes they'll attack while you're not even at your base, so you have no way of defending yourself. The infected act in such an annoying way that combat, a part of the game that should be fun and exciting, ends up either being frustrating or too dull.

I played with a good friend, and even she said the game was boring after awhile. If a post-apocalyptic zombie game fails to captivate two players who are heavily into post-apocalyptic scenerios and zombies in general, then the game doesn't achieve what it is trying to.

This would all be fine, though, if it weren't for the fact that the game costs money. Something like this can easily have a charm to it if it was Free-To-Play, but the price tag just makes it a bit annoying.

There is no ill-will to the developers. It's a good start. Multiplyer connectivity works and the game doesn't have any glitches or bugs. However, I would recommend trying again, and fixing the flaws. The game was a great idea, but the price just makes all the annoying aspects extra annoying

Look up videos of this game on YouTube before you buy it. See if you're okay with spending a few on this type of game. It may be for you, it may not. Just don't go in expecting the Mona Lisa of post-apocalyptic zombie games.

Let me start off by saying that this review can be quite biased. Ever since I had played Episode 1 of The Walking Dead years back on the console I fell in love with the story, the characters, the atmosphere, and of course the decisions and how, to a degree, they mattered. Saving one character ended up allowing that character to convince you to open up to the rest of the group, while saving the other character didn't provide that option since they didn't know your backstory like the other character did. Little details in a game like that should be admired for not being as linear as some games are these days.

That being said, even though this game is based on player choice, it is linear. You have one way you start the game and one way you finish the game, no matter what decisions you make, but your decisions on the way to that definite ending do matter. The decisions provide you with more of an in-depth look into characters and their personalities, or you can just completely choose to ignore their developments and follow suit to the objective like you can in real life.

The game also does a wonderful job in influencing your decisions. On your own, you'd make rash decisions and do certain tasks, however, when the way of fate puts you in charge of a little girl, your mind changed from "What would I do and how would this affect me?" to "How will this affect Clementine?" which I feel is something that Seasons 2 and 3 of the game lack, since there is no influencing factor, except in Season 3 where your influence is "I can trust Clementine completely."

Onto an actual review of sorts without a list of Pros and Cons, the gameplay is phenomenal, even though there are a few bugs here and there like a clipping texture or a voice clip not playing. Miniscule stuff compared to the excellence of the narrative of the story and how the story is told. The characters all have their own personality and their own agenda, and no character is known as the "Super Powerful Badass" because they're all humans with their own follies and their own weaknesses, which makes a story about people surviving an apocalypse all the more believable in their actions.

The soundtrack is beautiful, and anyone who has fallen in love with this game series knows Season 1's music like the back of their hand it's just that memorable. If the soundtrack came seperately for a small fee, I'd put money into it just because of how amazing it is, even if most of the tracks try their best to envoke sadness

The ending jerks your heartstrings so well that most people who grow attached to characters can't help but cry, and wish that the events that played out didn't. However, in the end, you did your job. You protected this little girl from harm that would've killed her in less than a week. Your character is ultimately a good person.

With that being said, pick up The Walking Dead. There's a good chance you'll get hooked and be interested in playing Season 2 if you haven't already. The game's amazing and definitely innovative for the time, still holding up it's worth to this day as one of the best games in history. You did good, TellTale. You did good.

Also 400 Days is pretty alright. Not tear-jerking but, it's somewhat important to the story. One character is. Pick it up and give it a try.

Ever since 2009 when the only gameplay platform I had was an Xbox 360, Left 4 Dead 2 has always been my favorite game to exist to this day. No game has ever captivated me in gameplay and atmosphere like Left 4 Dead as a series has. Left 4 Dead 2 holds so much signifigance, as it was my gateway into gaming itself. I do believe that without this game, I wouldn't be as into First-Person Shooters or Post-Apocalyptic games as I am now. It's amazing to see that a game I enjoyed back in 2009 is still going strong with a playerbase in 2016, and the game is certainly one of the best games Valve has ever created and Turtle Rock Studios has ever sparked.

Even though it is still going strong, it's a lie to say the game isn't dying. At it's prime, Left 4 Dead 2 had a 161,590 all-time peak (Not including console players), whereas games at it's time like Team Fortress 2 only reached a 110,000 all-time peak. It's very admirable and impressive, but Left 4 Dead 2's community is always steadily declining. However, the workshop has definitely kept a lot of players around, and me being an avid Versus player, I rarely ever run into the same person twice (probably 0.001% of games I've played have been with at most one person I've seen before, and that's only in the late-night hours).

Overall, the game is amazing. Even after 7 years, the game is still amazing and still impresses. If you currently don't own Left 4 Dead 2, you're missing out on gaming history.
