Together with Duke Nukem Forever and Alines Colonial Marines, this game is by far the worst fps I've played in years. Where to start ? The AI is just terrible, it's a proper throw back to the 90s, you can have almost all enemies on the map running at you/aim botting and then clustering on your current spot. There's also a very lazy patrolling/stealth system, since each and every enemy is always facing the opposite direction, how convenient. Let's speak about the body augmentations, 3 in total but you only have to choose one, limiting your gameplay instead of expanding it. And quite frankly, I couldn't take anymore when I was put on a conveyor belt in a frigging on-rail shooting section.

A true disappointment. Just skip this and get both New and Old Blood instead.

Epistory, what a perfect game ! The pace of its stunning gameplay can reach an almost unbearable level: continuous waves of enemies with different traits are forcing you to adapt and think in a matter of seconds, not to mention your skills with typing on the keyboard while keeping your eyes on the screen. Well-balanced puzzles, a large map rendered in a one-of-a-kind art style, secrets, collectibles, many skills to unlock. Great soundtrack and voice acting.

The game clearly requires fairy high typing skills but other than that, it is a true masterpiece.
Please, play this game.

Epistory, un gioco perfetto. Strepitosa giocabilità con un ritmo a tratti quasi insostenibile, nemici con caratteristiche diverse che necessitano tattica e ragionamento, oltre che estrema velocità nella digitazione. Puzzles perfettamente bilanciati, una mappa estesa con uno stile grafico che è impossibile descrivere a parole. Segreti, collezionabili e abilità sbloccabili. Incredibile il netto contrasto tra i frenetici scontri e la calma con cui si può esplorare la mappa. Bellissime le musiche.
Richiede certamente ottima dimestichezza con la digitazione e purtroppo non ha la lingua italiana, ma se siete a vostro agio con una delle lingue al momento supportate: compratelo senza alcuna riserva.
Per gli altri, forse con mod/Workshop, chissà...

Strepitoso. E' un arcade shooter in 2D che offre momenti di pura tecnica. Avete presente quando riconoscete il gunplay in un fps ? L'effetto delle armi e dei colpi ? Qui è la stessa cosa, laser o razzi, avrete modo di sentire tutti i vostri colpi sui nemici. Una scivolata (aggiunta in seguito) permette movimenti veloci nei vari livelli resi sempre divertenti da una direzione artistica molto buona e strepitose animazioni. L'azione furiosa, è allo stesso tempo sempre ragionata, con un tasso di sfida via via sempre più elevato.
Quasi inspiegabile il prezzo così basso rispetto a quello che viene offerto. Pensare che i devs (tra essi, due ex Blizzard) hanno ammesso che lo scarso successo di The Bug Butcher su Steam non ha permesso loro di includere alcune features.
E' un raro esempio di un gran gioco partito con Greenlight, proseguito in Early Access e poi, una volta sullo Store in versione definitiva....persosi come altre centinaia di indie games.
