My partner was trying to use her Burger King rewards at Knutsford Service Station South, M6 to claim her free regular fries. The employee didn’t understand what rewards was he then said “I f***ing hate this company” “I don’t know what this f***ing app is and new stuff someone else can deal with it” he then went into the back for 10minutes another employee came to us and said they don’t do Burger King rewards. How can you not do Burger King rewards at a Burger King. We also had to wait 30minuets to be served as it was busy and after waiting patiently that’s the service we got. Avoid Burger King and don’t use rewards as staff are not trained how to use it apparently.
