For a while Bennett would hit me with a quote about failure, a condolence for falling or some music to ease the journey back up. But after a while, he left. And there i was. Alone, with nothing but the mountain and my thoughts. Every trip back up slightly easier but every fall back down a little harder. Sometimes I'd get right back up and keep going, other times, I just sat there. With Bennett gone I had nothing but this one quote of inspiration that stuck with me: ''This thing that we call failure is not the falling down, but the staying down.''
