Why I pick this game as best game:
+ Acceptable FPS on low-powered machine
+ Loot respawn every startup in Single Player
+ Nice multiplayer lag handler when internet not smooth
+ Zombie AI, not bad

Too scared to venture alone? Get friends then! Loot some items, especially basic needs. Build base for meetpoint,
set up spawn point and modify your weapons.
In DayZ aspect, it can lean, prone, crouch and also ADS system. Could build proper shelter, chests, generator-powered lights (this one is fancy).

There will be bugs appeared while playing. Of course Dev game, indeed!
