Each shot is random, without any reason whatsoever it suddenly decides to veer your shot entirely to the right, or left, or short, or long. Landing on the green with a 3 iron, well consider your ball somewhere deep in a bunker or rough cause it just keeeeeeeeps on running. I did not want to buy a pure arcade game and finish -13 but I'm not even hitting par +3 to +6 are no rarities. While in other golf games I easy hit -3 to -7 and that is considered bad in those games.

It's not fun , I played for over an hour , pretty sure I didn't manage to kill one player except in the very first expedition that is actually a mini introduction and are probably bots instead of people.

You do get killed pretty quickly though ... no doubting that, but you can empty 3 clips in someone and not make a dent.

Not fun at all, most fun was the tutorial.

- Most games last about a minute maybe half a minute you are constantly blasted by pro head shotters
- The matchmaking takes about 30 seconds
- The deployment in the map takes about 2 minutes

You are more waiting to get into a new match and deploying then actual playing. It's not fun to play at all. More waiting in lobby then actual playing. Will not recommend to anybody. Maybe if they introduced a three lives gamemode, where you can die three times at least you might have 10 or 15 minutes of playtime between deploys.

I wanted a new golf game for the pc but this isn't it. Every surface seems to be concrete, there is no gras, the ball never slows down. If you tap it gently while putting and you miss the hole, just when you think it will stop now so my next shot will be possible, it rolls to the other side of the green. The ball rolls from the fairway, through the short rough, on through the heavy rough, in the sand and then keeps on rolling there until somewhere in the middle. Then the next shot says you are deep in the sand ... really ... thats how balls roll irl ...

No consistency in putting either, you want to have a short put, so you pull back on the mouse gently and press forward and it's a putt ending the ball to the other side of the green, or jumping the hole. You want a harder putt cause you are 15ft out so you pull back futher and move forward, and you barely tap the ball.

Simulation my ass, they forgot that a game should be fun as well and that a mouse is not a real club and you can't "FEEL" things ... The only saving grace this game could have had was a good old fashion three click system, but apparently developers are to stubborn to put that into the game. This is the most frustrating golf game I ever had, I wanted to give it a chance, so I passed my refund period, which I sincerly regret !

If you like boardgaming but can't meet with your friends all the time, this one is a no brainer. Smallworld is a fun and fast game easy to learn hard to master but it will get you addicted quite fast. The real life variant and this digital on give it a go, it's worth the cheap price, the boardgame itself is way more expensive.

If there is any flaw, is that it takes forever for a three player online game. To me the most fun part, when you finally get into a game it usually is with people that either have the attention span of a musquito , so turns can go on forever. There is no option to make people take their turns in under 30 seconds or something. Well unless you first forcably create a friendslist with probably people you never met ... not really a friends list ...
