Another Crab's Treasure surprised me with just how excellent it is, from the incredibly fun and deep combat to the legitimately excellent world building hidden under a layer of comedy. One of the best non Fromsoft Soulslikes.

A very unique experience that isn't quite like anything else out there, but its potential is held back by a lack of enemy types, repetition in the late game, mandatory replaying of missions for many reasons throughout the game, not-so-great feeling combat with damage sponge enemies with lots of unfair-feeling attacks, and a disappointing lack of voice acting.

Its high points make me just barely recommend Slitterhead, but I suggest getting it on sale.

An incredibly atmospheric cyberpunk story, and an excellent voice performance from Rutger Hauer.

A joy to play, with satisfying weapons and a unique system of balancing buffs and debuffs while making the best of the options a run presents you with.
