Early-Mid game is great ignoring the total lack of magic and summoning weapons- and how bad the summoner armor is. The second to last boss can have setups that force you to take hits which sucks but not why my review here is negative. The final area and boss are so frustratingly bad. You have to spend hours painstakingly clearing the area out only for it to outspeed you with every single speed buff you have discovered and offhand items for more mobility. Final area needs major rework 0% fun 100% tedious- No actual challenge its just painful rubbish.

At this time the rift incursion timer is completely bugged- everytime we try to play we get cooldowns that take 4+ hours and when you start again the timer resets. This prevents us from ever getting better gear and so we cannot get the end game gear- good game but until this is fixed I cannot rate it postive as it completely destroys the late game

Paleo Pines is a fun little dinosaur farming simulator! In an age with farming sims out the wazoo, its all too easy for them to end off bland and generic. Paleo Pines manages to bring something fun and fresh to the table with its adorable dinosaurs! The music is quite pleasant and very fitting for the game. Below I shall list points about the game including how important I feel they are ^-^

+++ Dinosaur Models are top notch.

+++ Sound design is good.

+++ Almost everything about the game looks great

- I don't really like the player models themselves, they just feel less refined than the dinosaurs to me

+ There is a reasonable amount of outfit choices

- There is a lack of colour choices for said outfits, it would be awesome to see new colours for the existing items!

+++ Overall gameplay loop is quite fun, exploring the map and checking the rarity of the creatures is quite entertaining (to me anyway.)

-- The games tutorials are lacklustre, leading to you having to figure out stuff on your own. In some games, learning to do things on your own is good. In this game it can be frustrating until you learn the mechanics on your own, especially when there is no indication of what you are meant to do at times.

- Side quest rewards seem to be randomly selected along with the quest itself, this leads to quests that require giving more of the same resource in exchange for less reward. Not a big deal but it can feel a bit funny at times (such as getting 80 shells for 3 fibre or 35 shells for 5 fibre from the same person on the same quest-board on the same day.)

++ Cleaning up the farm feels satisfying and rewarding.

---- Probably my biggest upset with the game, there is nowhere to put extra dinosaurs. This game desperately needs some form of the Pokemon box system. Maybe it could be a ranch where you send friends that don't fit on the farm. For a game all about collecting dinosaur friends, the current system discourages you from it instead. I have passed on dozens of rares, and 1 ultra rare (It was an exact duplicate of one I already had) just because I have no reasonable space for extras. If I grab an uncommon I'll just replace it with a rare/ultra rare later so why bother? It leads to me only going for ultra rares or a rare if it has a new ability for the farm. I should never need to release my friends back to the wild and lose them forever, in a collection game that is the worst thing to make the players do. If they were to add/fix any one thing, it would be this. I don't have an issue with the limited dreamstones (The farm has a limited size anyway), but we should have some way of keeping the friends we can't fit somewhere where we can still visit or see our collection.

+++ Developers have good transparency with the community, which is huge.

-- I've had some optimisation issues, the game will randomly become crippled with lag visually and audio-ly that isn't caused by the system (game doesn't even surpass 15% of my gpu, cpu, and no more than 25% of the ram) I have found changing the graphics settings from high to medium, playing for about 5 seconds, and then returning them to high fixes the issue for the rest of a session.

// I won't put a minus because it is a small studio who made the game and it is difficult to implement, but this game would excel with multiplayer!

Overall a fun experience, I look forward to what the developers add and fix overtime!

You can throw darts with direction and magnitude

For 1/2 a gig this game has a lot to offer! totally worth the money, runs smooth no glitches- better than a lot of full releases heh.

3/10 white house heist unrealistically difficult

Conan the mighty pig changed my life. The video does not do this game justice- this game will change you. It will take you from what you once were and make it better. I am a changed man because of this. Conan is indeed a mighty pig. Perhaps Conan is the most mighty pig of all. The soundtrack- phenomenal- it takes you off into a distant land. It made my many days invested feel like a mere 6 minutes! I will never be the same because of Conan the mighty pig. There should be a netflix original series based on Conan the mighty pig. This game takes you on a journey- challenging your very ideals down to the core. It breaks apart your world view and provides you with the truth, one that cannot be explained but rather experienced.

Rest in Peace counter glitch

Fun game, but due to the lack of multiple save files and/or a new game+ option in this day and age I cannot reccomend. If you are okay with that then yeah the game is quite enjoyable!

Oh where to start. This is quite a mixed bag really.
Positives:
-Jurassic Park Theme
-Dinosaur Variety
-Dinosaur customization
-The animations the game has are nice
-Contracts system
Neutrals:
-Sabotage, while it encourages you trying to balance the factions, and the actual event can spice things up, the whole concept is plain idiotic. Who in their right mind would sabotage the very park they wish to be better assosiated with?
-Park Rating system
-Number of buildings is okay, would like to see some smaller buildings, and perhaps a better hotel/upgrade slots for the hotel.
-Herd/packs. I have noticed some animals do roam around together and socialize, but they never stay that way, they always just split up. Oh and when pack animals break out they don't hunt people as a pack, they just all go their own ways.
Negatives:
-Map size for Nublar is way too small, and the other islands (Expect Pena) should be bigger.
-Lack of animations is a big negative, every time my buffed Spino kills an Indominus it does so in the exact same way.
-Forced 1 vs 1 combat. Why?
- The hyperaggressive state animals get in when they escape, if one dino escapes suddenly half the pen is upset and rampaging without remorse. Oh and when they run through a crowd they just kill everyone.
- Carn. dinosaurs will continue to attack and kill herbivores until they run out, run into low hp and walk away for a short while before resuming, or die, they shouldn't really care to slaughter them all if they are not hungry, unless they are the indo animals. which should.
-No decore options
-Terrain constraints for a miniscule height difference.
-Lack of avian reptiles.
-Lack of water creatures
-I mean I have to say it, lack of replay. There is nothing to do when you complete the five islands and build your Nublar park. Where is a challenge mode where you get one island and can do it all on one? Once you watch your prized carn. slaughter everything, what is there left to do? It isn't like Zoo tycoon 2 where I can pick another map with a new theme, they are always the same.
-The f***ing twisters. Nothing more frustrating than watching an unstoppable force wipe out hundres of thousands in buildings and force you to watch with the demolish tool out to replace fences hit. Was having the rain storms not enough? Why not make one that is quite severe instead? Why not have larger animals attack their fences once in a while just because, so you need to mantain the fences which could lead to a break? The Twister is just this frustrating god-like power that you can't stop.

Overall, I am slightly in the postive, it was really fun but then you hit the end and now what? If you are bothering to read reviews to see if you should bother than I would wait until a sale goes on.
