Salut, vreau sa-ti prezint reteta aceasta de kurtos kalacs.Punem intr-un vas 2 linguri de zahar, drojdia, 100 ml de lapte caldut si 5 linguri de faina.Amestecam bine, acoperim vasul si lasam deoparte maiaua pentru 10 minute, astfel se va activa drojdia.Intr-un vas mai mare punem restul de faina, in mijlocul ei formam un crater, in care turnam maiaua deja pregatita.Amestecam putin si adaugam treptat ouale batute cu cele doua galbenusuri, laptele ramas, zaharul, vanilia si un praf de sare pentru a obtine aluatul.Il punem intr-un vas uns cu ulei si il lasam la dospit pana isi dubleaza volumul.Vom infasura fasiile de aluat pe sticle de vin.Dupa ce am terminat de infasurat toate fasiile pe sticle, le ungem cu apa si tavalim kurtosul prin amestecul de nuca, zahar si scortisoara.Luam sticlele, le punem in picioare intr-o tava si le punem in cuptorul preincalzit la 180 de grade.Celsius, pentru aproximativ 25 de minute.Dupa coacere ii vom scoate usor de pe sticle si ii putem servi calzi.Iaami!
